Luppi!! And for anyone looking at this who doesn't know Bleach, he is a he. My sister, Joy, saw him on one of the Bleach manga covers (can't remember which one but thats what I referenced from) and asked me who it was and told me he was the cutest Bleach character!! She doesn't even read Bleach!! Well we didn't know if he was actually a he but she was still willing to be a fangirl if he turned out to be a she. But he's a he so thats ok XD

Anyway, this is a quiet an old picture done with pencil and pens~
